Ayanix Tech is a software development company. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All services we provide — websites, mobile applications, ERP systems, POS software, SaaS platforms, and AI solutions — are delivered digitally.
2. Digital Delivery Methods
Depending on the nature of the project, deliverables are provided through:
- GitHub (source code repositories)
- Cloud storage links (Google Drive, etc.)
- Direct deployment to the client's hosting/server environment
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project based on scope and complexity, and are communicated to the client in the project proposal. Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
4. Delivery Conditions
Final delivery is contingent on the client fulfilling their responsibilities, including providing required content, timely feedback, and completing agreed payment milestones. Delivery may be paused if these conditions are not met.
5. Project Completion Definition
A project is considered “complete” and delivered once all agreed features and deliverables outlined in the project scope have been handed over to the client, and final payment (if applicable) has been received.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet all agreed timelines, delays may occur due to scope changes, delayed client feedback, incomplete content/assets from the client, or factors outside our reasonable control (such as third-party service outages). We will communicate any significant delays to the client as soon as they are identified.
